Store Policies

BLACK HEART INC. will gladly except returns and exchanges within 14 days of shipment. Original invoice must be present with return.

ALL BODY JEWELRY IS CONSIDERED NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Worn items may not be returned. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges of returned or exchanged merchandise. All refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for purchse, less shipping fees.
